When Silence Speaks Louder
I’ve noticed something about myself: I rarely interrupt or speak up when I sense the other person isn't ready — or willing — to understand anything beyond their limited viewpoint.
It could be a boss, a colleague, or anyone in a position of power or pride. I simply observe and hold my silence.
There’s no point in trying to shift the atmosphere when someone is too self-absorbed to see beyond their own mental boundaries.
Some people are trapped in their own reflections — unable to perceive the world without filtering it through their ego. They often believe they are the best, incapable of seeing value in another’s perspective.
Over time, I’ve realized that people truly are the reflection of their thoughts. And those with narrow filters cannot understand the wider world — or others — unless they choose to grow.
So I stay silent. Not out of fear, but out of wisdom.
Silence gives me space. Observation gives me understanding.
And patience becomes my quiet strength.
Through silence, I’m learning not only about others — but about myself.
